Speech Bubble Tutorial
i made my speech bubbles in flash. I started by creating a grey background. I then made the fill colour white and the stroke colour black. I then selected the oval tool and created an oval shape on my document. After this I selected the line tool and made to lines coming of of the oval to make the tail of the speech bubble.after that i then used the paint bucket tool to fill the gap inbetween these lines. I then used the selection tool to select the bit of the outline of the oval between the two new lines I have made and deleted it. I then selected the selection tool and curved these to lines to make it look better. I then double clicked in the centre of my speech bubble and pressed F8 to make this a movie clip so i can use it over and over again rather than making new ones. I the placed two more speech bubbles onto my document and adjusted them to make them come from different directions. I then used the text tool to add text to each bubble to get a conversation going.

Logos
A logo is a graphic mark or emblem commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition. Logos are either purely graphic or are composed of the name of the organization. An example of an abstract mark is the blue octagon representing Chase Bank, while an example of a representational mark is the Everyman icon of PBS. Examples of well-known logotype are the striped IBM design, Mobil written in blue with a red "o" and CocaCola written in flowing red script.

Demo
to start with I opened a new document which is the right size for the i phone. I then opened Photoshop and opened a new picture of water lilies. I moved the rulers of the picture to the right size so it would fit the i phone size in flash. the size for this was 320 by 480. I the saved this picture and opened it as the first frame of layer 1 in flash. I then made this layer 50 frames long. After this I created a new layer and made a perfect circle shape by using the oval tool and holding down shift as I created the shape. I then filled this shape yellow.
The second part to this demo was to create a new key frame. To do this i would use the F6 button on the frame that I would want that part of the animation to stop. I done this four more times and each time moved the ball into a new position. In between each of these key frames I used a classic tween by right clicking in the middle of each keyframe and selecting classic tween. the classic tween basically filled in the gaps of where I moved the ball on each keyframe to make the animation move a lot smoother.
After this I then went into the ball shape and added an outline of a cartoon eye. I then added a pupil and on up until frame 5 and then made it disappear on frame 6then reappear on frame 7 up until frame 10. Playing the animation through it looks like that the eye is blinking .

Research of Interactive Comics & Books
the first interactive comic i read was Hotel. Hotel is a very dull coloured comic and didn't interest me much. Also i found this comic very confusing and random which did confuse me so I ended up finding a new comic.
the second comic i researched was a comic called Dead On Arrival. It was better than the Hotel comic as it had a better story and was not confusing and easy to use.
